Lime Marinated Fish Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. lime juice
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    dash of pepper
    4 (6 oz. each) fish steaks, cut 1-inch thick (swordfish, halibut, sea bass)
Preparation
    For marinade, combine first 5 ingredients in jar; cover and shake vigorously.
    Pour over fish steaks; marinate 15 minutes, turning once.
    Remove fish from marinade.
    Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat source, about 5 to 6 minutes per side or until fish is opaque and flakes easily with fork.
