Scalloped Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. scallops
    Ritz crackers
    1 pt. light cream
    pepper to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cut scallops into bite size pieces and cover bottom of casserole with one layer.
    Sprinkle pepper on scallops and then pats of butter.
    Crumble crackers in hand.
    Keep layering, ending with crackers.
    Pour light cream and mushroom soup on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
