Grandma Annie'S Blonde Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. soda
    2/3 c. margarine
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    chocolate chips
Preparation
    Put dry ingredients and nuts in bowl.
    Melt margarine and add brown sugar.
    Mix well.
    Cool.
    Add eggs and mix well; add vanilla.
    Add dry ingredients and blend well.
    Place in greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
