Refrigerator Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes (9 large)
    6 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. onion salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    grated cheese (add before baking)
Preparation
    Cook peeled potatoes in boiling salt water until tender and then drain.
    Mash until very smooth.
    Add remaining ingredients except for cheese and beat until light and fluffy.
    Cool.
    Cover and place in refrigerator (may store for two weeks).
    To use, place in greased dishes; dot with butter and grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until heated through, about 1 hour.
    To double recipe, double all ingredients except for cream cheese (use one 8 ounce).
    Put in 6-quart casserole.
    Wonderful, as you can make it ahead of time and it serves a lot of company!
