Mystery Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
20 Ritz crackers, crumbled (1 stack)
Preparation

Combine sugar, baking powder and vanilla with beaten egg whites.
Fold in chopped pecans and crumbled Ritz crackers.
Pour into ungreased glass pie dish.
Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Top with whipped cream or ice cream.
