Ham And Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes, sliced and partially cooked
    butter
    salt
    cornstarch
    sharp cheese, grated
    milk
    pepper
    leftover ham
Preparation
    Partially cook sliced potatoes, put in greased roasting pan. Salt, pepper, butter and grate some sharp cheese over potatoes.
    In a saucepan, make a sauce of milk, salt, pepper and butter, thickened slightly with cornstarch.
    Pour 3/4 sauce over potatoes. Put cooked ham slices over top.
    Grate a small amount of sharp cheese over ham with the rest of the sauce.
    Cook about 1/2 hour in 350\u00b0 oven (uncovered) until slightly browned.
