Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. uncooked squash
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. cheese, grated
    Pepperidge Farm dressing
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion until tender; cool. Add soup and cheese to mixture. Place in casserole dish and place in oven, baking for 30 minutes at 325\u00b0. Sprinkle dressing on top; return to oven and brown dressing.
