Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 hen
    1 1/2 c. broth
    4 1/2 c. flour
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Cook hen until tender.
    Use 2 quarts of the broth for dropping dumplings.
    Use 1 1/2 cups more broth for mixing with flour to make a thick dough.
    Add 2 eggs to 1 1/2 cups broth.
    Mix and add flour to make stiff dough.
    Roll thin and drop in boiling broth. Cover and cook about 20 minutes on low heat.
