Sausage-Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage (breakfast)
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    3 c. Bisquick mix
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Cook sausage in skillet, about 8 to 10 minutes.
    Break up sausage as it cooks.
    Drain off fat.
    Let cool.
    In 2-quart bowl, mix meat, cheese, Bisquick and water; roll into 1-inch balls.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 on lightly greased cookie sheet until fluffed and browned. Serve hot.
    Makes approximately 30 balls.
