Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. mayonnaise
1 large onion, diced
1 c. cheese, grated
1 can water chestnuts
2 cans mushroom soup
1 c. chopped ham
1 pkg. saltine crackers, crushed
1/3 stick butter
Preparation
-
Boil vegetables and drain.
Mix all ingredients except crackers and butter.
Sprinkle crackers and vegetables in casserole dish, then slice butter on top of crackers and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
