Finnish Kropsu(Baked Pancake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Put all ingredients except butter into a bowl.
    Beat with a rotary beater or an electric mixer.
    Batter will be very thin. Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    When butter is melted, add about half of it to batter, leaving remaining butter in pan.
    Pour batter over hot butter in pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Will puff up while baking.
    Good served with syrup, jam, jelly or honey.
    Cut into squares to serve.
