Cheese Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 large pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    5 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese with 1 cup sugar with a fork.
    Add eggs and vanilla; beat with electric mixer until it turns white.
    Fill the cupcakes 2/3 full.
    Use foil cupcake papers in muffin pan.
    Bake 40 minutes at 300\u00b0.
    Cool 5 minutes.
    Mix sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla.
    Spoon on top of center of cupcakes, then drop a teaspoon of strawberry preserves or jelly on top of center.
    Comstock canned pie fillings may be used instead of preserves or jelly.
    Put back in oven for 5 minutes.
    Let cool, then put in refrigerator.
    Makes 24 cupcakes.
