Pistachio Nut Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Duncan Hines cake mix
    1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. Crisco oil
    1/2 c. each: water and orange juice
    1/2 c. Hershey's chocolate syrup
Preparation
    Mix wet ingredients, except syrup.
    Add cake mix and pudding. Beat 3 minutes.
    Pour 1/2 of batter into a greased and floured tube pan.
    Add chocolate to other half of batter; mix.
    Pour over first half and bake one hour at 350\u00b0.
    Poke holes in cake and pour thin frosting over it.
    Let stand 30 minutes.
