Golden Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes, baked
    1/4 c. salad dressing
    1 egg
    dash of pepper
    4 crisp cooked bacon slices, crumbled
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar (6 oz.)
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. green onion slices (optional)
Preparation
    Cut lengthwise.
    Scoop out potato, leaving 1/8-inch shell. Combine potato, 1 cup cheese, salad dressing, milk, egg and seasonings.
    Beat well until fluffy.
    Fill shells.
    Top with remaining cheese, onion and bacon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes until hot.
