Lemon Curd Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. flour
    1/4 c. powdered sugar
    2 whole eggs
    grated rind from 1 large lemon
    2 Tbsp. juice from lemon
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Melt butter (\"I do it in the microwave\").
    Add flour and powdered sugar.
    Mix well and press into the bottom of a greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
    There is no need to have the crust come up the sides.
    Bake 20 minutes.
