Stove Top Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round of sirloin
    5 big onions, cut in rings
    2 Tbsp. Bovril
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 garlic cloves
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put oil in 6-quart pot.
    Place onions on the floor of the pot. Put the beef over the raw onions.
    The beef could be frozen.
    Add the seasonings, garlic cloves, Bovril and pepper.
    Put on very low fire; simmer for a couple of hours.
    Keep cover on.
