Mom'S Chicken And Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 pieces chicken
1 c. green pepper
1 c. celery
1 c. onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 can crushed tomatoes
Preparation

Fry the chicken until completely cooked (crispy).
In separate pan add: green pepper, celery, onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste and crushed tomatoes.
Stew until tender (30 minutes).
Pour vegetables over chicken in frying skillet, simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve.
