Turkey Bake Ole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (about 1 1/4 lb.) pkg. The Turkey Store premium fresh lean ground turkey
    4 1/2 oz. (2 c.) rotini (spiral macaroni), cooked and drained
    nonstick cooking spray
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. mild taco sauce
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    4 oz. can chopped green chilies, drained
    1/2 to 3/4 tsp. ground cumin
    1 c. frozen whole kernel corn
    2 to 4 oz. (1/2 to 1 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 to 4 oz. (1/2 to 1 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    avocado wedges (if desired)
    tomato wedges (if desired)
    taco sauce (if desired)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray 2-quart casserole and bottom of large skillet with nonstick cooking spray until well coated.
    Heat skillet over medium-high heat, about 30 seconds.
    Crumble ground turkey into skillet; add onion.
    Cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until turkey is lightly browned.
    Stir in taco sauce, tomato sauce, green chilies and cumin; blend well.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
