Ground Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 slices bacon
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    dash of pepper
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with bacon.
    Add onion; cook until tender, but not brown.
    Drain excess fat.
    Stir in soup and cook slowly, uncovered 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Cool and then stir in sour cream and re-heat.
    DO NOT BOIL.
    Note:
    Sour cream will not curdle if mixture is cool.
    Serve over rice.
