Zucchini Quick Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1/4 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1 c. shredded zucchini (fresh)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly grease and flour a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Set aside.
