Honey Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. honey
    1/4 c. oil
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    2 c. oats (uncooked)
    6 to 6 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    butter or margarine, melted (optional)
Preparation
    Combine milk, honey, oil and salt in a saucepan; heat to 115\u00b0. Set aside.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large bowl; let stand 5 minutes.
    Add milk mixture, oats and two cups flour; mix well.
    Stir in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough.
