Chicken Adobo(A Filipino Dish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (13.5 oz.) can coconut milk
    1/2 can water
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 stewing chicken, cut up
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a large Dutch oven.
    Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for at least 1 hour.
    Serve over rice or thin noodles.
