Carrot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked carrots, pureed
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1 c. honey
whipped cream or Cool Whip
Preparation

Combine carrots, eggs, salt and spices.
Mix well.
Add milk and honey, blending until smooth.
Pour filling into pie shell. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Allow pie to cool.
Garnish with whipped cream or Cool Whip before serving.
Makes 1 (9-inch) pie.
