Date And Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick oleo
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. walnuts
    1 (12 to 14 oz.) box dates, snipped in thirds
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease and flour loaf pans.
    Makes 4 (3 1/2 x 6-inch) loaves or 3 longer foil pans.
    Cream eggs, sugar and oleo.
    Add flour and soda; mix well.
    Add boiling water; mix, then add walnuts and dates.
    Pour into prepared pans.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
