Egg Noodle Bake Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. medium width egg noodles
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1 regular size (8 oz.) block Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 bunch green onions
    2 small cans tomato paste
    1 pkg. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Boil noodles until tender (done); drain and rinse.
    (Add salt to water before boiling.)
    Brown ground chuck in skillet and drain. Combine tomato paste as you would when making spaghetti sauce. Simmer until medium-thick consistency.
    Cream the sour cream and Philadelphia cream cheese in a bowl.
    After washing the green onions, cut stems up and stir into the creamy mixture.
