Country Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. medium potatoes
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. chopped fresh basil
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary or 1 tsp. dried rosemary
    1/2 tsp. coarse black pepper
Preparation
    Cut unpeeled tomatoes into quarters.
    Place in a boiler with enough water to cover.
    Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer about 20 minutes.
    Drain potatoes and place in a large bowl and mix with other ingredients.
    Chill before serving.
