Dink'S Sweet And Sour Kielbasi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c brown sugar
    1/2 c vinegar
    1/2 c water
    1 green pepper (chopped)
    1 tsp paprika
    3 tsp chopped pimento
    1/4 tsp salt
    2 Tbsp cold water in 3 tsp cornstarch
    3 lb kielbasi or smoked sausage
Preparation
    Combine sugar, vinegar, water, pimento and salt over low-medium heat, stirring for 15 minutes.
    Blend cold water and cornstarch into hot mixture, stirring over heat until mixture thickens.
    Stir in paprika.
    Meanwhile cut kielbasi or smoked sausage into 2-inch pieces and bring to boil in water for approximately 10 minutes, drain.
    Add to mixture in crockpot. Best served second day after prepared.
