Salmon Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can salmon
    4 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese
    1 tsp. Italian (dried) seasoning
    1 tsp. dried chives
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Drain salmon.
    Remove dark skin from the salmon.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Serve with crackers and any vegetables.
