Carrot-Raisin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shredded carrots
    1/2 c. seedless raisins
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    6 to 12 lettuce leaves or 1 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
Preparation
    Shred carrots.
    Soak raisins in lemon juice.
    Combine ingredients; mix with dressing.
    Serve in lettuce cups.
