Fried Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
    1 to 2 c. cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. grated Romano cheese
    1 eggplant, sliced and then cut like French fries
Preparation
    Beat egg and milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
    Put cracker crumbs and cheese in paper sack.
    Dip eggplant into egg mixture and then into cracker crumbs.
    Coat well.
    Fry in deep hot oil until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towel and serve hot. Squash, cauliflower, broccoli or any vegetable may be done the same way.
