Swiss Bliss - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 Tbsp. butter
    4 lb. chuck steak, sliced
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 container fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 large green pepper, sliced
    1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, drained (keep 1/2 c. juice)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. A1. steak sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Line large baking pan (9 x 13-inch or larger) with aluminum foil.
    Dot with butter.
    Place steak pieces in pan, then sprinkle with onion soup mix, fresh mushrooms, green peppers and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
    Mix together tomato juice, A1. steak sauce and cornstarch; pour over meat and vegetables.
    Cover pan tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
