Fudgy Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. frozen egg substitute, thawed
1/4 c. margarine, melted
2 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/4 c. sifted cake flour
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
dash of salt
3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
vegetable cooking spray
Preparation

Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring well. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; add to the sugar mixture, stirring well.
Stir in chocolate morsels.
Spoon batter into a 9-inch square pan coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack.
Cut into squares.

16 brownies; per brownie 177 calories and fat 5.8 g.
