Aunt Dot'S Sour Cream Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising white corn meal (only Yankees use yellow corn meal)
    1 c. sour cream
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1/2 to 3/4 can cream-style corn
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Mix ingredients. Bake in a 9-inch cast iron skillet for 35 minutes or more.
    Green peppers, onions, cheese or any other ingredients can be added if you prefer.
