Best Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 medium size peaches, peeled and sliced
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. Crisco
    1/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Put peaches, sugar, 1 heaping tablespoonful flour, water and butter in boiler.
    Cook until peaches are done and juice is thick. Set aside.
    Combine 1 cup flour, Crisco and buttermilk and mix together for your crust.
    Halve the dough mixture.
    On a floured surface, roll out thin.
    Put peach mixture in Pyrex dish.
    Put crust on top.
    Put in oven and brown crust.
    Add remainder of peach mixture to dish.
    Roll out remaining dough.
    Cover pie with top crust, either lattice type or solid crust.
    You may sprinkle lightly with sugar if preferred.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until crust is brown.
