Garlic Oregano Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
    1/2 c. olive or vegetable oil
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    2 tsp. dried oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    5 cloves garlic, chopped
    lemon slices
Preparation
    Place chicken in oblong pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch).
    Mix remaining ingredients, except lemon slices; pour over chicken.
    Cook, uncovered, in a 375\u00b0 oven, spooning oil mixture over chicken occasionally, for 30 minutes.
    Turn chicken; cook until thickest pieces are done, about 30 minutes.
    Garnish with lemon slices.
