Ingredients

2 c. dried apples, cooked
1 c. raisins
1 c. walnuts
2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 sticks diet Mazola (with corn oil)
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation

Cook
apples
until
tender
and
drain
off water. Add raisins and
walnuts.
Combine dry ingredients and then cut in diet margarine. Add dry ingredients to apple mixture, then add beaten eggs and vanilla.
Mix well.
Pour batter into tube pan or coffee cake pan. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
