Strawberries Chantilly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. strawberries
    2 c. heavy cream
    1/2 c. grated sweet cooking chocolate
    2 Tbsp. sifted confectioners sugar
    2 Tbsp. light cream
    1 Tbsp. rum
Preparation
    Hull berries and arrange in bowl.
    Whip cream until foamy and barely thickened.
    Fold in chocolate, confectioners sugar and rum. Chill.
    Serve as sauce for strawberries.
    Makes 6 servings.
