Western Kentucky'S Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grits
    4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 stick butter
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs
    milk
    paprika
    garlic salt
Preparation
    Bring water to boil, add grits slowly and cook 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from stove; add salt, garlic to taste (sparingly), cheese and butter.
    Beat eggs in a one-cup measure and fill cup to top with milk.
    Add to grits.
    Place in casserole; sprinkle paprika on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
