Southern Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. light corn syrup
    3 eggs
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Add syrup, sugar and butter.
    Mix well. Add pecans and mix.
    Pour into pie crust and bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Pie is done when a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
