Tortellini And Artichokes In Garlic And Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    12 oz. frozen cheese tortellini
    1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and halved
    Garlic Cream Sauce (recipe follows)
    parsley sprigs
Preparation
    In large saucepan over high heat, bring water and salt to a boil.
    Drop tortellini into boiling water.
    Return to boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook 20 to 25 minutes until tortellini are tender.
    Drain.
