Fruit Salad Ice(30 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (17 oz.) can apricots, drained
    1 (17 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. liquid (juice and water)
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 bananas, diced
Preparation
    Drain apricots and pineapple; reserve liquid and add water to make 1 cup liquid.\tHeat liquid and sugar until sugar dissolves. Add strawberries and their juice, orange juice and lemon juice. Cut up apricots and bananas; add to mixture along with pineapple. Spoon into cupcake papers placed in muffin tins.
    Freeze until solid.
    Remove from tins and store in plastic bags.
    Remove from freezer 10 to 20 minutes before serving.
