Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. red beans or kidney beans
    garlic salt
    Morton's Natures Seasoning
    Tony Chachere Creole seasoning
    Louisiana hot sauce
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 lb. smoked link sausage, sliced very thin
Preparation
    Wash beans, bring to boil and let soak 1 hour; drain.
    Add new water.
    Season with garlic salt, seasonings and hot sauce.
    Add onion.
    Cook on medium all day.
    Add water when needed.
    About 1 hour before serving, add sausage.
    Serve over rice, with cornbread.
