Zucchini Dressing Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. zucchini
    1/4 c. onion
    1/2 lb. sausage
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. grated carrot
    8 oz. pkg. seasoned stuffing mix (4 c.)
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 c. grated cheese (1/2 Mozzarella and 1/2 Cheddar)
Preparation
    Cook zucchini and onion in salted water for 5 minutes; drain. Brown sausage and drain.
    Combine sour cream, soup, zucchini and carrots.
    Add margarine to dressing.
    Layer 1/2 of dressing in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan or 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Pour vegetables over and sprinkle sausage on.
    Add remaining dressing and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle top with 1 cup grated cheese; return to oven to melt.
