Chicken In Beer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. ground pepper
    1 onion, thinly sliced
    1 1/2 c. beer, room temperature
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (3 to 3 1/2 lb.) fryer, cut up
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    3 to 4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and
    pepper
    in shallow dish.
    Roll chicken pieces in flour,
    coating
    well.
    Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat.
    Add chicken and cook frequently, turning until chicken is
    golden,
    about 12 to 15 minutes. Add beer and onions.
    Cover;
    reduce
    heat and simmer, turning occasionally,
    until chicken
    is
    tender,
    about
    40
    minutes. Blend in whipping cream
    and
    parsley.
    Increase heat to medium-high.
    Continue to cook until
    heated through, about 2 to 3 minutes.
