Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium baking potatoes, peeled and diced
    3 ribs celery, diced
    1 large onion, diced
    1 1/2 qt. water
    1 small can evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Mix flour and 1/4 cup water to make paste.
    In 1 1/2 quarts water, cook celery and onion until tender (20 minutes).
    Add potatoes; cook until done (about 20 minutes).
    Add salt, butter and milk.
    Stir in water and flour mixture, stirring until smooth. Serve.
    Makes 6 servings.
