Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
2 cans whole cranberry sauce
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
Preparation

In bowl with mixer, combine sour cream, cream cheese and sugar.
Blend well.
Stir in cranberry sauce, pineapple and pecans.
Fold in Cool Whip and place in slightly oiled mold and freeze.
Thaw only slightly before serving.
Very good with chicken and dressing or roast.
