Cheese Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. Velveeta, cubed
    12 oz. sharp Cheddar, cubed
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 medium/large onion
    1 chopped green pepper
    3 small pkg. smoked beef, diced finely
    20 drops Tabasco (optional)
    diced hot cherry peppers (optional)
Preparation
    Combine above and melt slowly in microwave, stirring often.
