Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 pork chops
1 Tbsp. salt
pepper
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
2 cans mushroom soup
5 to 6 potatoes
1/4 c. oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Slice potatoes thinly in casserole dish first.
Brown pork chops in oil.
Drain off excess oil.
Mix mushroom soup with milk well.
Place pork chops onto potatoes. Pour mushroom soup over meat and potatoes.
Cover with foil for 1/2 hour.
Remove foil and bake 1/2 hour more or until potatoes are done.
Absolutely out of this world!
