Low-Fat Cucumber Or Garlic Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 c. nonfat plain yogurt
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. chopped chives
    1/2 c. shredded cucumbers or 4 cloves garlic, chopped
Preparation
    Mix yogurt, cucumber or garlic and chives in bowl.
    Blend cottage cheese and lemon juice in blender.
    Add to yogurt mixture. Refrigerate several hours for flavors to blend.
