Beer Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. self-rising flour
1 (12 oz.) can beer
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased bread pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
For a variety, add 2 tablespoons onion soup mix or 1/2 cup grated cheese.
Makes 1 loaf.
